Was it more painful to remember, or was it just easier to forget? He thought it would be painful, meeting her again, talking to her, but she was pleasant. Friendly. What was wrong with her? What was wrong with him?

He found himself thinking about her. He even entertained the thought of asking her out on date. Maybe she would give him a kiss goodnight. What was wrong with him? Was he smitten with Granger?

Pulled into a mystery surrounding an old house, and an old book, he finds more than he was bargaining for, and he didn't want to fall in love with her. He also didn't want her to come to any danger. He would have been happy with a simple kiss goodnight.
