The Snape/Hermione father/daughter interaction you have in this fic is among the best I've read for such a scenario. Their personalities don't abruptly change with the knowledge and I think that's what makes this story so wonderful - you know your characters and you don't try to transform them to make them something they're not (abilities aside, of course, I was speaking of personalities and quirks).
